BANK PASS BOOK

Piya married Hitesh this day.  At the end of the wedding party, Piya's mother gave her a newly opened bank saving passbook with Rs.1,000/- deposit amount.

Mother : ‘Piya, take this passbook.  Keep it as a record of your marriage life.  When there's something happy and memorable happened in your new life, put some money in.  Write down what it's about next to the line.  The more memorable the event is, the more money you can put in.  I've done the first one for you today.  Do the others with Hitesh.  When you look back after years, you can know how much happiness you've had.’

Piya shared this with Hitesh when getting home.  They both thought it was a great idea and were anxious to know when the second deposit can be made.

This was what they did after certain time :-
- 7 Feb : Rs.100/-, first birthday celebration for Hitesh after marriage.
- 1 Mar : Rs.300/-, salary raise for Piya.
- 20 Mar: Rs.200/-, vacation trip to Bali.
- 15 Apr: Rs.2,000/-, Piya got pregnant.
- 1 Jun: Rs.1,000/-, Hitesh got promoted.
… and so on…

However, after years, they started fighting and arguing for trivial things.  They didn't talk much.  They regretted that they had married the most nasty people in the world....  no more love...  One day Piya talked to her Mother : ‘Mom, we can't stand it anymore.’

‘We agree to divorce.’
‘I can’t imagine how I decided to marry this guy!!!’

Mother : ‘Sure, girl, that's no big deal.  Just do whatever you want if you really can't stand it.  But before that, do one thing first.  Remember the saving passbook I gave you on your wedding day?  Take out all money and spend it first.  You shouldn't keep any record of such a poor marriage.’

Piya thought it was true.  So she went to the bank, waiting at the queue and planning to cancel the account.  While she was waiting, she took a look at the passbook record.  She looked, and looked, and looked.  Then the memory of all the previous joy and happiness just came up her mind.  Her eyes were then filled with tears.  She left and went home.  When she was home, she handed the passbook to Hitesh, asked him to spend the money before getting divorce.

The next day, Hitesh gave the passbook back to Piya.

She found a new deposit of Rs.5,000/-.  And a line next to the record :
‘This is the day I notice how much I've loved you thru out all these years.  How much happiness you've brought me.’

They hugged and cried, putting the passbook back to the safe.
‘Life is about correcting mistakes.

Challenge is To Silence the Mind

Once there was a Farmer who discovered that he had lost his Watch in the Farm. It was not an ordinary Watch
because it had
Dentimental Value for him.
After searching the hay for a long while, he gave up
and call the help of a Group of Children playing outside the Barn.
He promised them that, the Person who found it, would
be Rewarded.
Hearing this, the Children hurried inside the Barn,
went through and around the hay but still could not find the
Watch. Just when the Farmer was about to give up looking for his Watch, a little Boy went up to him and
asked to be given another chance.
The Farmer looked
at him and thought, “Why not? After all, this Kid looks
sincere enough”
So the Farmer sent the little Boy back in the Barn. After
a while the little Boy came out with the Watch in his hand.
The Farmer was Happy and Surprised and so he asked
the Boy how he succeeded where the rest had Failed.
The Boy replied,
“I did nothing but Sit on the Ground
and Listen. In the Silence, I heard the ticking of the
Watch and just looked for it in that Direction”

MESSAGE : A Peaceful Mind can Think Better than a
Worked up Mind. Allow a few minutes of Silence to Your
Mind every day, and see, How Sharply it helps You to set
Your Life the way You Expect it to be.

Self purification.....

Today I was watching a research done with water in Japan by a gentleman. He kept a little water in a bottle and took a photograph. Later he has used the same water for prayer and then after prayer he has took a photograph. You can see the impact of prayer - the subtle thought vibration has gone into the water. It’s obviously visible.
He took a bottle of water and kept blaming it and then took a microscopic picture of it. With another bottle, he said some pleasing words and you can see the difference.
In India, this process is called Abhimantra. You take a pot of water, place your hand on top and then chant mantras. The mantras are supposed to be absorbed into the water. It is an old tradition in India. When you go to any holy man or saint, you take a pot of water and ask them to bless the water. Among the sindhi community, they do this a lot.
This Abhimantra - mantra chanting on the water - has a huge impact on the water, because 70% of our body is water. In the Rudrabhisheka, water is made to fall on a crystal lingam while a particular chanting is being done and then it flows down. That water is very charged and it helps to uplift the atmosphere.
Now it is visible in the microscopic images, the changes that happen by these practices.
Similarly a gentleman from Russia came and conducted an experiment in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu when they were doing the Aarti. He took the pictures and found that all the negative ions in the atmosphere suddenly disappeared; they turned into positive ions. It is the positive ions which bring changes. All these things are meant to create the positive ions; to bring the required changes. The same is the case with the use of fire. During fire ceremonies, when they put the mantra with the intention, there is a qualitative change that happens in the atmosphere.

Soul

👉ஆத்மா பற்றிய விளக்கம்👈

A nice explanation for soul

👉 உடலுக்குள் ஆத்மா உண்டா??

👉 அது அழிந்து போகாதா??

உடல் அழிந்து போகிறதே?.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
👉 விளக்கம் சொல்லுங்கள் என்ற சீடனுக்கு குரு விளக்கினார். .
"  பால் "
பயனுள்ளதுதான்...
ஆனால் அதை அப்படியே விட்டால் கெட்டுப்போகும்..
அதில் ஒரு துளி
உறை மோர் விட்டால் பால் தயிராகி விடும் கெடாது...
தயிரான பால் இன்னும் ஒரு நாள் தான் தாங்கும்....
அப்படியே விட்டால் கெட்டுப் போகும்...
அதைக் கடைய வேண்டும்.... கடைந்தால் வெண்ணெய்
ஆகி விடும் கெடாது...
வெண்ணெய் ஆன பால் பல நாள் தாங்காது....
அப்படியே விட்டால் கெட்டுப் போகும்....
அதை உருக்க வேண்டும்...
சரியாக உருக்கினால் சுத்தமான நெய் ஆகிவிடும்...
அந்தப் பரிசுத்தமான நெய் கெடவே கெடாது......
கெட்டுப் போகும் பாலுக்குள்
கெடாத நெய் இல்லையா??
அதுபோலத்தான்...
👉 அழிந்து போகும் உடலுக்குள் அழியாத ஆன்மா உண்டு...
UNPOSTED
You send your vehicle for servicing with a list of complaints…
when you get the vehicle back you realise that one of the complaints has been overlooked and to add to that, some other wire hasn’t been connected properly… so, now there’s a new problem…
so you take it back fro service…you work again, for the oversight and inefficiency of the service personnel. The computer network goes down. The hardware engineer presses all the chips on the board… Oh ho… it’s working…nut only till he’s there. After he leaves, the printer interface, which was working until then, stops working.
We introduce technology to solve some of the problems in the organisation, and now we have an added problem. Even without having to go to the forests or the Himalayas on a penance, we realise we are surrounded by enough people who help develop saintly tolerance in us…after all, what you can’t cure you have to endure.
The search is for experts who are expert enough. I grew up in a world where my sixth standard kannada teacher knew enough to start a kannada University; my family physician knew so much that one could easily mistake him for a paediatrician cum cardiologist cum neurologist. We may be living in the ‘Information Age’ but, believe me it hurts to know that save a minority, we are far too satisfied with shallow knowledge. Even before we are student enough, we begin to think we are teachers… even before we have apprenticed enough, we begin to think we are experts. The thirst for in-depth knowledge is dying. In almost all field, we don’t have enough expert who are expert enough.
Hence, the few who go deeper, and even deeper, in their chosen professions, vocations and expressions will rule the tomorrow…
