No Breakfast Yes for Brain and Liver Damage

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast

People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2 . Overeating=2 0

It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking

It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption

Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6 . Sleep Deprivation

Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells..

7. Head covered while sleeping

Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness

Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts

Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely

Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3 . Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil.

As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is20very fit.

8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.

Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'

The top five cancer-causing foods are:

1.. Hot Dogs

Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.

2. Processed meats and Bacon

Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.

3. Doughnuts

Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.

4. French fries

Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .

5. Chips, crackers, and cookies

All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

voice of love

The success of a role does not depend on

what all you do but purely depends on
how well you execute the
primary responsibilities of the role.

“Change the physiotherapist every three weeks. Once a relationship is built between you and your physiotherapist, he will no more push you. He would tend to sympathise with your Aah and Ouch. And without pushing, physiotherapy does not work,” said the Neuro Physician. “But my physiotherapist is a very affectionate boy,” replied the patient. The doctor reacted, “Then adopt him as your son. Right now you don't need a good boy, but you need a good physiotherapist.”

Every role has some inherent primary responsibilities. No matter what else you do, if you falter in your primary responsibilities of that role, then eventually the relationship will fall apart.

I know how it feels after doing so much for your adolescent daughter and then to get to hear from her, “You don't love me.” As a parent you are so focused on her development and you do your best for her - best schools, best coaching classes, private study rooms, and what not. But if you are not there to respect her emotions, if you don't have the time to have conversations with her, if your lap isn't available when she is low, if your hands don't reach out when her tears trickle down, if you don't give her the feeling that she is more important to you than her performances… then you have failed in your primary responsibilities as a parent. You have donned the role of a teacher and a coach, but where is the parent? On the contrary, no matter how affectionate a teacher or a coach may be, if they do not focus on the development and performance of the child, then they fail in the primary responsibilities of their chosen role.

It doesn't matter how beautiful you look, as a receptionist, you need to sound beautiful on the phone. It doesn't matter how smart you are dressed and how well you talk, as a salesman you have to achieve your targets. What the organisation needs is a CEO who is loyal to his chair and is focused on creating a productive organisation, and not a good Samaritan who sympathises with the non-performers and tolerates inefficiencies in the organisation. The driver may be good with the children, but if he isn't good on the steering wheel? What if a Guru talks and talks, but is never able to take the seeker closer to God? What if a counsellor listens and listens, but isn't able to offer solutions? What if the architect, in attempting to please the client, compromises on the entire concept and also the final creation?

And, isn't it also true, no matter how arrogant the doctor is, we still go to him because we know he is the best in his field, and our life is secure in his hands. After all, what is preferable - a tasty medicine that doesn't work, or a bitter medicine that works!
Don't cry foul, when people blame you for not doing enough justice to the relationship. Stop quoting all that you have done for the relationship. Simply shut up and introspect,

“Am I doing justice to the primary responsibilities of the role?” The success of a role does not depend on what all you do but purely depends on how well you execute the primary responsibilities of the role.

Thoughts-Unlimited

Some tips for filling petrol and diesel:-
Only buy or fill up your car or bike during early morning, when the ground temperature is still cold. Remember that all service stations have their
 storage tanks underground.

The colder the ground, the more dense the fuel. When it gets warmer, petrol expands. So, buying in the afternoon or in the evening, your litre is not exactly a litre. In the petroleumbusiness, the specific gravity and the temperature play an important role.
1 degree rise in temperature is a big deal for this business. But the service stations do not have temperature compensation at the pumps.

Another most important tip is to fill up when your tank is HALF FULL. The reason for this is, the more fuel you have in your tank the less is the air occupying its empty space. Petrol evaporates faster than you can imagine.

Another useful information is to avoid filling up if there is a fuel truck pumping into the storage tanks when you stop to buy. Most likely, the petrol/diesel is being stirred up as the fuel is being delivered, and you might pick up some of the dirt that normally settles on the bottom.

Hope this will help you get the most value for your money.

DO SHARE THESE TIPS WITH OTHERS - IT IS IMPORTANT FOR AS MANY PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT THIS, ESPECIALLY IN THE WAKE OF RISING PETROL PRICES.

A spouse is nice, but some spice is better :

If the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, the way to his stomach has, for millennia, been a closely guarded secret. Throughout history, men and women who've sought to put the spice back in their lives, have depended on one rare ingredient. Pepper, that pungent and precious berry from the treasure chests of the Malabar Coast in South India, the keys to which were held by a select, parsimonious few. A staple of Indian households and apothecaries for over four thousand years, pepper has been long coveted by every other civilization. One of the earliest markets was the Roman Empire whose appetite for the additive was addictive. An unfortunate consequence of hoarding such treasure was periodical visits by the Visigoths and Huns who besieged Rome and demanded pepper as ransom. The less martially inclined, however, simply imported the stuff from the Italian city states, and soon the spicy aroma invaded the banquet halls of Europe's swish set. This insatiable demand only enriched the coffers of the Arabs who held the monopoly to the sea routes, and the Venetians and Genoese who dominated trade in the continent. Driven by public opinion (and depleted exchequers), several European nations set off on voyages to find alternative routes to the spice coast of India. The humble peppercorn thus became responsible, in some measure, for the discovery of America. And of other colonies and nations that sprung up as by-products of a civilizational charge to find access to the precious ‘Black Gold'. So the next time your spouse tells you to pass the pepper, you can tell him he can have the spice...but only if he's nice.

Short story

One day a fisherman got up very early in the morning.

There was not enough sunlight to get into the sea.

He saw a pack of stones to pass time.

He started throwing the stone into the sea.

While having the last stone in the hand, the sun came up then he saw that the stone was a diamond and all the stones he threw were diamonds as well.

He felt for his misfortune of throwing all of them into the sea...

Moral of the story:

Do not get up early in the morning....

UNPOSTED

You send your vehicle for servicing with a list of complaints…

when you get the vehicle back you realise that one of the complaints has been overlooked and to add to that, some other wire hasn’t been connected properly… so, now there’s a new problem…

so you take it back fro service…you work again, for the oversight and inefficiency of the service personnel. The computer network goes down. The hardware engineer presses all the chips on the board… Oh ho… it’s working…nut only till he’s there. After he leaves, the printer interface, which was working until then, stops working.

We introduce technology to solve some of the problems in the organisation, and now we have an added problem. Even without having to go to the forests or the Himalayas on a penance, we realise we are surrounded by enough people who help develop saintly tolerance in us…after all, what you can’t cure you have to endure.

The search is for experts who are expert enough. I grew up in a world where my sixth standard kannada teacher knew enough to start a kannada University; my family physician knew so much that one could easily mistake him for a paediatrician cum cardiologist cum neurologist. We may be living in the ‘Information Age’ but, believe me it hurts to know that save a minority, we are far too satisfied with shallow knowledge. Even before we are student enough, we begin to think we are teachers… even before we have apprenticed enough, we begin to think we are experts. The thirst for in-depth knowledge is dying. In almost all field, we don’t have enough expert who are expert enough.

Hence, the few who go deeper, and even deeper, in their chosen professions, vocations and expressions will rule the tomorrow…

Why do we light a lamp?

In almost every Indian home a lamp is lit daily before the altar of the Lord. Insome houses it is lit at dawn, in some, twice a day – at dawn and dusk – and in a few it ismaintained continuously (Akhanda Deepa).

All auspicious functions commence with thelighting of the lamp, which is often maintained right through the occasion.Light symbolizes knowledge, and darkness, ignorance.

The Lord is the"Knowledge Principle" (Chaitanya) who is the source, the enlivener and the illuminatorof all knowledge. Hence light is worshiped as the Lord himself.

Knowledge removes ignorance just as light removes darkness. Also knowledge isa lasting inner wealth by which all outer achievement can be accomplished. Hence welight the lamp to bow down to knowledge as the greatest of all forms of wealth.

Why not light a bulb or tube light? That too would remove darkness. But thetraditional oil lamp has a further spiritual significance. The oil or ghee in the lampsymbolizes our vaasanas or negative tendencies and the wick, the ego. When lit by spiritual knowledge, the vaasanas get slowly exhausted and the ego too finally perishes.

The flame of a lamp always burns upwards. Similarly we should acquire such knowledgeas to take us towards higher ideals.

Whilst lighting the lamp we thus pray:
Deepajyothi parabrahma
Deepa sarva tamopahaha
Deepena saadhyate saram
Sandhyaa deepo namostute

I prostrate to the dawn/dusk lamp;
whose light is the Knowledge Principle (theSupreme Lord), which removes the darkness of ignorance and by which all can beachieved in life

HAPPY DISSATISFACTIONS

How have such ordinary and basic qualities become qualities that are looked up to? I have heard about the disciple who asked the master, “How come everything that is precious in the world is so rare? To his query, the Master replied, “It is actually the other way round. Because they are rare, they are considered precious”.

In the process of human evolution, unable to handle his materialistic burdens, man has lost most of his natural human tendencies, including those as simple as laughter, sleep, kindness, joy etc. they have become rare and hence, precious. So, people with these qualities are considered precious and are looked up to as rare people.

Let us be aware. Let us be happy that we are amongst the rarest of rare, for we have held on to our inherent human abilities and basic character traits, but all the same, let us not get too satisfied with them. Else, we shall become blind to higher possibilities. When we are dissatisfied with the small, we achieve the big. When we are dissatisfied with the big, we strive to achieve the bigger. When we are dissatisfied with the bigger, we work harder for the biggest.

Ordinary satisfaction cannot create extraordinary success. Let us be happily dissatisfied for that is the way to the top.

That’s Wisdom

Once upon a time a very strong woodcutter asked for a job with a timber merchant and he got it. The pay was really good and so were the work conditions. For that reason, the woodcutter was determined to do his best. His boss gave him an axe and showed him the area where he was supposed to work.

To first day, the woodcutter brought 18 trees. Congratulations, the boss said. “Go on that way”.

Very motivated by those words, the woodcutter tried harder the next day but he could only bring down 15 trees. The third day he tried even harder but he could only bring down 10 trees. Day after day he was bringing lesser and lesser number of trees.

I must be losing my strength, the woodcutter thought, he went to his boss and apologized saying that he could not understand what was going on.

When was the last time you sharpened your axe? The boss asked.

Sharpen? I had no time to sharpen my axe? I have been very busy trying to cut trees.

Have you sharpened your axes or still working busy with your Broken Edges?

Follow Your Heart

Sometimes your heart thinks, whom do you really love?

You love someone, but you like someone else
Your minds speaks, but your heart denies...

Someone listens, but someone else comforts...
Someone prays, but someone else consoles...

Someone says, but someone else's actions speak...
Someone laughs, but someone else understands...

Someone just tells, but someone else makes you do...
Someone is there, but someone you want is not...

You search for someone in someone else...
Is this a beginning of Love, or is it the end?

A time comes in life when you think what love really is?
What you think is love, or is it something else?

Listen to your mind..., but follow your heart.

give me some lines on this

In truth a family is what you make it. It is made strong, not by number of heads counted at the dinner table, but by the rituals you help family members create, by the memories you share, by the commitment of time, caring, and love you show to one another, and by the hopes for the future you have as individuals and as a unit.

SMALL STORY

A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles. The girl had some sweets with her. The boy told the girl that he will give her all his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl agreed.
The boy kept the biggest and the most beautiful marble aside and gave the rest to the girl. The girl gave him all her sweets as she had promised.
That night, the girl slept peacefully. But the boy couldn't sleep as he kept wondering if the girl had hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.

Moral of the story:
If you don't give your hundred percent in a relationship, you'll always keep doubting if the other person has given his/her hundred percent.. This is applicable for any relationship like love, employer-employee relationship etc., Give your hundred percent to everything you do and sleep peacefully

LET EXCELLENCE BE YOUR TRADEMARK!

LET EXCELLENCE BE YOUR TRADEMARK!

“One great cause of the failure of people in business,’’ said ravishankarji, is the lack of concentration.” Most people who become great confine their powers to one particular channel. It is not a matter of doing many things indifferently, but of doing one thing supremely well. The great difference between those who succeed and those who fail does not consist in the amount of work done by each, but in the amount of intelligent work. Concentrate your powers upon one unwavering aim, one absorbing purpose. Whatever you are engaged in, you are, in the words of GoD, to be “all there.” Think for it, plan for it, work for it, live for it, throw your mind, might, strength, heart, and soul into it-and success will crown you.

Make it a life rule to give your best to whatever passes
through your hands.

Let superiority be your trademark let it characterize everything you touch. This is what every employer is looking for. The majority of people do not see that the steps which lead to the position above them are constructed, little by little, by the faithful performance of the common, humble, everyday duties of the position they are now filling. Good work is the best substitute for genius, it is better capital than cash, and it is better promoter than friends.

Most people think, because their occupations in life are humble, because they occupy no place of special importance, no office of distinction that they are of very little account. You should look upon your calling, however humble, with the same sense of pride as you would if you were occupying a position of great distinction. Why not? Your place in life, your vocation, is out just as much consequence to you as that of the president of the country is to him or her. Nobility is the child of Superior Quality.

Resolve that your life’s work shall be a masterpiece.

No matter whether it marketing, farming, lawmaking, let it be a masterpiece. Thoroughness is at the foundation of all success – your own inner success in character building, and your outward success in the world of progress

2 WAY MIRROR

Beware while using the trial rooms any where.

you must have known about 2 Way mirror

How to determine if a mirror is 2 way or not ? (Not a Joke!)
Not to scare you, but to make sure that you aware. Many of the Hotels and Textile showrooms cheat the customers this way.

HOW TO DETECT A 2-WAY MIRROR?

When we visit toilets, bathrooms, hotel rooms, changing rooms, etc.,
How many of you know for sure that the seemingly ordinary mirror hanging on the wall is a real mirror, or actually a 2-way mirror I.e., they can
see you, but you can't see them. There have been many cases of people installing 2-way mirrors in female changing rooms or bathroom or bedrooms.
It is very difficult to positively identify the surface by just looking at it. So, how do we determine with any amount of certainty what type of
mirror we are looking at?

CONDUCT THIS SIMPLE TEST:

Place the tip of your fingernail against the reflective surface and if there is a GAP between your fingernail and the image of the nail,
then it is a GENUINE mirror.

However, if your fingernail DIRECTLY TOUCHES the image of your nail, then BEWARE, IT IS A 2-WAY MIRROR! (There may be someone seeing you from the other side).. So remember, every time you see a mirror, do the "fingernail test." It doesn't cost you anything. It is simple to do.

This is a really good thing to do. The reason there is a gap on a real mirror, is because the silver is on the back of the mirror UNDER the glass.
Whereas with a two-way mirror, the silver is on the surface. Keep it in mind! Make sure and check every time you enter in hotel rooms.

Indian Courts & Bureaucracy is the Prime Culprit in Polluting Environment

Shocked! Surprised! Are you laughing to hear this! Then think again. It is based on fact. ‘Aam admi’ is not joking. See the reasons.

Aggrieved people used to go to court to get justice. But in India we get only ‘date’ (next date of hearing). This process is going on and on and Indian judiciary not just failed to give justice, it is also polluting environment apart from loosing time, money, energy, loss of man hours, etc. etc.

Powerless people are the losers. You become a permanent slave of judiciary, bureaucracy, political party and the entire system. What you get, you get dates after dates. This makes environmental pollution.

For every time attending the court, we have to catch rickshaw, taxi, bus, train etc. etc. In our country thousands and lakhs of people moving court to attend the court cases which include witnesses and others etc. It id adding to environmental pollution. Other thing is that so many pages of typing, photocopying and other documentary evidences which needs tonnes of papers and money. For getting papers, we have to cut down more and more trees and thus making environmental damages. (don’t expect environmentalist utter a word against the fact like this, they will talk other thing or deny access if they feel getting benefit for poor citizen).

Like judiciary, bureaucracy also responsible for environmental damages due to their ‘red tape’.

We are all talking endlessly about environment. Now UN and other developing countries talking about implementing Kyoto Protocol for climate change, green house gas emission, carbon credit and other environmental issues. If the UN are serious about the so called ‘Climate change’ why don’t they make a Kyoto Protocol like law against Courts, bureaucracy, through UN body etc.

The NGOs around the world protecting corporate interest don’t utter a word, or not making any protest against the real villains in democracy like bureaucracy and courts in democracies, creating environmental damage and instead NGOs are coming up with silly reasons and targeting small fray.

Now various countries talking about ‘carbon credit’ a new concept for the world in reducing carbon emission. Why don’t the UN and other agencies bring the bureaucracy and judiciary under their ambit of ‘carbon credit’ and extend the benefit for implementing fast on computerization and networking of all government offices, all courts etc. to reduce carbon and greenhouse gas emission.

Considering every court & department of bureaucracy as a factory and extend the benefit of ‘carbon credit’ this section also for faster implementation of computerization and networking of department and end redtape and delayed justice.

Delayed justice and red-tape can pollute not only the environment, it will pollute the minds of people. Let us wait and watch how the so called intellectuals and NGO including the media talk about this issue in a right perspective. After all there is not much corporate interest in this game, hence as usual I don’t expect a much debate on this issue by the media or not going to utter a world by the world NGOs.

I think ‘environmentalist’ and right activist runaway in discussing this issue and show their neglect because of not much money involved and lack of sponsors. Let us wait and watch how much they are going to ‘bark’ on this issue. ‘aam admi’ believes that ‘idea can change the life’.

What made Hindus angry in Karnataka

François GautierFirst Published : 06 Oct 2008

I was born in a Catholic family. My uncle was a priest, a wonderful man of warmth and compassion and I spent most my early years in Catholic boarding schools. When I was young I wanted to become a missionary and to ‘convert’ pagans in Asia. What I was taught by priests was that Hindus worship false gods and they needed to be brought back to the True Word by Jesus Christ.

Then of course, I came to India and discovered that actually Hindus, far from being the heathens, as had been portrayed in Europe, not only believed God’s diversity, the wonderful concept of avatar, but had given refuge to all persecuted minorities of the world, whether the Syrian Christians, the Parsis, the Jews (India is the only country in the world where Jews were not persecuted), the Armenians, or today the Tibetans.

I am also aghast at the one-sided coverage by the Indian media of the Christian- Hindu problem: blasts after blasts have killed hundreds of innocent Hindus in Varanasi, Delhi, Mumbai train blasts, Jaipur, etc. Yet, neither Manmohan Singh nor Sonia Gandhi have pronounced once the word ‘Islamic terrorism.’ But when furious Hindus, tired of being made fun of, of witnessing their brothers and sisters converted by financials traps, of seeing a 84-year-old swami and his Mataji brutally murdered, of reading blasphemy about their Gods, vent their anger against churches, many of them makeshifts, the Indian government goes after the soft target which the Hindus are. The same thing applies to the United States: they never warned Muslim organisations in India about the killing of Hindus, but when dollars are used to buy new converts and it angers the majority community of India,Washington has the arrogance to issue a warning, and Manmohan Singh does not have the pride to tell the US to mind its own business.

Neither the Indian press nor the western correspondents bothered to write about what made Hindus angry in Karnataka: Newlife, one important westernfunded missionary centre ( http://www.newlifevoice.org) , began making conversions in and around Mangalore by accosting poor people in market areas, or in bus stands, befriending them and then taking them to churches to introduce them to the father.

Upon introduction they were paid Rs 2,500 per person and then taken to the Velankanni shrine, in Tamil Nadu, where they would get another Rs. 3,000.

When they finally converted to Christianity by changing the name, they got an incentive of Rs 10,000 onwards.

Newlife would then give them instructions to abandon wearing tilak on forehead, not to visit and offer prayers at the Hindu temples, replacing the photos and idols of Hindu gods and goddesses with a Cross, etc.

But what really angered local Hindus was when Newlife went one step further and published a book in Kannada — Satya Darshini — which was widely distributed by its missionaries. Here below is the translation of some of the most abusive passages: “Urvashi — the daughter of Lord Vishnu — is a prostitute.

Vashistha is the son of this prostitute.

He in turn married his own Mother. Such a degraded person is the Guru of the Hindu God Rama. (page 48).

When Krishna himself is wallowing in darkness of hell, how can he enlighten others? Since Krishna himself is a shady character, there is a need for us to liberate his misled followers (page 50). It was Brahma himself who kidnapped Sita.

“Since Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva were themselves victims of lust, it is a sin to consider them as Gods. (page 39).

When the Trinity of Hinduism (Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva) are consumed by lust and anger, how can they liberate others? The projection of them as Gods is nothing but a joke. (page 39). God, please liberate the sinful people of India who are worshipping False Gods. (Page 39).” When blasphemy and much worse is brought against the most sacred Hindu Gods, Hindus are supposed to take it meekly as sheep and let themselves be converted to a foreign religion! There are more than 4,000 foreign Christian missionaries involved in conversion activities across different states.

In Tripura, there were no Christians at the time of independence. There are 1,20,000 today, a 90 per cent increase since 1991. The figures are even more striking in Arunachal Pradesh, where there were only 1,710 Christians in 1961, but 1.2 million today, as well as 780 churches! In Andhra Pradesh, churches are coming up every day in far-flung villages and there was even an attempt to set up one near Tirupati.

Christians throughout the ages have strived on the concept of persecution and as a brought up Catholic, I remember feeling bad about all those martyred saints of Christianity. Christians in India like to say that they are only two per cent and can do no harm. But it is a sham: in the Tamil Nadu coastal belt from Chennai to Kanyakumari, there must be now 10 per cent Christians posttsunami and the same may be true in other parts of south India.

My heart goes out to Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa who took a courageous stand against unethical Christian conversions, but is now under pressure from the Centre.

THINK FOR INDIA = ELECT ONLY RIGHT CANDITATE

Christian priests are fighting election. It is time for Hindus to get aware leaving their inactiveness. This is the time to ask questions and demand answers. Dharmagurus of Catholic and Protestant Faith Archbishop Sternislos Fernandes, Babu Joseph and many others have advised Christians regarding giving votes. Active Christians all over the country are busy in reaching the message, ‘Whatever happens, do not give vote to Hindutvawadis’, to each and every household; but instead of giving this message so directly they are doing it very shrewdly.

They say vote for those who maintain the welfare of the minority and do not disregard the constitution of Bharat. It means that, let Congress be the winner and see that all the reigns of the rule remain in the hands of Sonia Gandhi. Christians being instigated saying that, vote in order to be excessively Dharma predominant at the cost of reasoning, justice and harmony, Unite! It is known all over that the Christian priests and their Missionaries convert the simple and guileless people under the name of humanity by deceiving them.

The Christian priests in Madhyapradesh had played with lives of forest dwellers in that state to such an extent that ‘Niyogi’ Commision was set to make inquiries regarding it. That Commission had warned the government to debar those missionaries out of the country as early as possible. The commission also made it clear that if the forest dwellers were kept away from the missionaries then the country would be safe. Today the Christian Missionaries are murdering the Hindu social activists. They do not appreciate schools opened for forest dwellers. This shows how much regard they have for education. They want the authority to convert Hindus by cheating them and they call it human right.

Christians in Bharat get much more freedom than those living in Pakistan and China. Congress culture is also to pamper Christians and Muslims to get their votes. It also makes constitutional changes for the same. So long as Congress remains in power the divisive policy of the minorities would be sustained. Constitutional changes would occur to satisfy them. Hence people from all religions should defeat the Congress.

Elect only pro-Hindu candidates

THINK BEFORE U BUY THESE BAD DRINKS

A cold drink that costs only 70 / 80 paisa to produce is sold for NINE rupees, and a major chunk of profits from these are sent abroad. This is a serious drain on INDIAN economy.

(Whatever the hell, let it happen, you drink) What can you do?

You can consider some of the better alternatives to aerated drinks.

Banana

Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber.
A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.
Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout.
No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.
But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit.

It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

Depression:
According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS:
Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anemia:
High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

Blood Pressure:
This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

Brain Power:
200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.

Constipation:
High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

Hangovers:
One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

Heartburn:
Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

Morning Sickness:
Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.

Nerves: Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.
Overweight and at work?
Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and crisps. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.

Ulcers:
The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.

Temperature control:
Many other cultures see bananas as a "cooling" fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD):
Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.

Smoking &Tobacco Use:
Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.

Stress:
Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.

Strokes:
According to research in The New England Journal of Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!

So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills.
